1. User rights and obligations
Use of any of the services offered on this website confers, from the outset, the status of User and will be considered express, voluntary, and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions. To access the services of this website, in all those that are not free of charge or impose a series of obligations, the User must be of legal age and have the legal capacity and representation necessary to enter into legally binding agreements.

3. Responsibility of the website user
The User agrees to:

Under no circumstances shall it be understood that any license is granted or that there is any waiver, transfer, assignment, total or partial of said rights, nor is any right conferred, and in particular, regarding the exploitation, reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication of said contents without the prior express written authorization of the UDC.
5. Data protection
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), and Article 11 of Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPD), the personal data collected by the University of A Coruña will be processed under the responsibility of the University, whose contact details are Calle Maestranza 9, 15001 A Coruña, telephone 981167000, email secretaria.xeral@udc.gal.
The data provided to the University by the interested party will be processed for the specific purpose for which it was requested, and this processing is based on one of the grounds provided for in Article 6 of the GDPR. All persons who come into contact with this data for the aforementioned purpose will comply with the duty of confidentiality established in Article 5 of the LOPD.
The data will be processed only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purpose and will be retained in accordance with the timeframes and criteria established for each specific case under applicable law. The data will not be transferred to third parties unless there is prior consent from the data subject or a legal basis for such transfer.
In any case, the data subject shall have the right to request from the data controller, at any time, access to, rectification of, or erasure of their personal data and the restriction of its processing. They shall also have the right to object to such processing, as well as to request, except in cases of public interest and/or the exercise of public authority, the portability of their data. They shall also have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling.

Likewise, interested parties will have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
6. Jurisdiction
Any dispute or controversy that may arise between the UDC and a user regarding the interpretation or application of these conditions, or in general, regarding the use of the services, will be governed by Spanish law.
